LILY FULTON
Acting since she was 9 years old Lily has been in numerous independent films including Tumbleweed productions 'Grey Skies' and will next be seen in a rendition of Twelfth night at the National Theatre in April. Although her acting ability has often been sought after by Hollywood directors Lily likes to work for independent film companies, like Tumbleweed, who create 'gripping and important films' as quoted from her recent interview with Mark Kermode in January.
During the interview Lily highlighted why films like 'When the Tide Comes In' are so important in the modern day film industry. 'I think drawing attention to issues like domestic violence is necessary in keeping people aware of whats going on in the lives of those less fortunate than you. Big blockbuster films don't always draw attention to such issues'
After her work with the National Theatre Lily is looking to work with Richard Ayoade on his latest project; a TV series looking at the lives of those living in poverty in the UK.
